Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Interior Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations, lead the sales team, and ensure a positive customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Requirements

At least 2-5 years of B2B/Distribution experience, sales management, or relevant experience in Sales or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Management or others.
Experience networking among real estate developers, construction, and design/architecture.
Ideally, the individual who desires to market fit-out design solutions and manage client relationships in the designated sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Proven ability to develop and maintain financial budgets and business plans.
